That is an excellent shape from what I can see. I bet the derby guys are all over it since it's derby season.
 
There is no way that is a salvage car, there must be a title issue with it or something like that.
 
Is it the right car, condition too good and I wouldn't call this color yellow either.
 
In Oklahoma, you see a lot of excellent cars thought of a "scrap" because they are old, and have issues. But they will be rust free unless the paint is burned off, or the red mud is allowed to stay packed into wheel wells, then they rust. This looks like a steal.
