I've been eyeballing this car for the price but, two problems. I've asked the selling for additional pictures and have not received them. Also, if you look the bottom front fender on the passenger side looks like rust bubbles and I see a dent in the door on the driver's side which isn't huge. It looks good but, I'd still like to see the bottom of the 1/4s and inside the trunk and the rest of the undercarriage.

Good eye. I'd seen the dent in the door, but missed the rust bubbles. That's why I'm leery of buying a car that I can't look at in person first.

I have done it four times, got burned twice.... I still don't think I have learned my lesson

I would have to put eyeballs on it to see the true condition.

5 views per hour and not a single bid so far.

I've got my Dakota listed on Ebay with 44 watchers and not bid so far. I have the opening bid at $4k and the buy it now $5.4k. I think it's just the time of year. I know it took 3 attempts to sell the "Macho Grande" and it's now going to Finland. The first two times was a non-paying bidders. I guess it could be a sign of the times as well.

That's high for a Formal

Must be the derby guys eyeing up those shocker bumpers! LOL!

The good news is those bumpers get us a lot of parts cheap with them doing all the labor.

I get Formal parts from the derby guys ALL the time. I just scored a set of roof rail seals that are in very decent condition. I'm going to wait until spring to put them in so the temperature is warm enough to keep the seals flexible when I'm putting them in the channel.

Best of luck with the Dakota sale.

Thank you for the luck. I don't think it will sell even though I've had several inquiries. I'll relist it maybe two more times this year and see what happens. After that, I suspect it will sit until Spring. I would love to hot rod it a bit with a nice 318 or turbo the 3.9 somehow but, with all the money I already spent I'm a little nervous about using it as a "every other" day daily driver.
