Looks like it's at an impound yard.
Fortunately this one was taken from the owner before the Warner Brothers graphics were applied. I do wonder what a 2 foot tall wing would look like... no stop, please don't show me one, I just ate.
Would the graphics make it a "Satellite Road Runner Wagon"?
