whats not to be proud of? There are some classic lines on that vehicle.....I can see why he wouldnt part with it

OHhhhh. He would part with it. It's borderline survivor with some of the key A/C parts missing, Interior was rough from poor storage, The 6 cyl hadn't run in a long time, some dull and pitted chrome. The paint just needs a good buffing though, minimum rust in the floors.
His bottom line was $3750.00. I looked at it just before finding the Admiral. I think I got a better deal.

Better deal, most certainly. But most of us would ask "What the heck is that?" after seeing you behind the wheel of this '57. I know I would!
