1975 Dodge Dart swinger special. Two-door, hardtop.
With the exception of a tear on the front seat, and one small quarter inch crack on the dashboard near spedometer, interior is in excellent, near-perfect condition. Car has been garaged since 1975. Slant 6, stock motor. Numbers matching. Registered this year, clear title. Please only serious inquiries only. Thank you very much. Will not accept payment through PayPal .

It looks great, I love these 2-door Darts. But, how about some interior pictures and shots of the motor, trunk? For 14 grand I had better be able to eat off the air cleaner!

It's in Paradise, just 20 minutes from me if anyone is interested.

Translatio: so I can screw you over with no recourse.

Have you seem the price of Chargers and Cuda's? This guy is GIVING away this pristine, RARE, beautiful automobile. It's been garaged since 1975 for crying out loud.

A-body prices have gotten insane. This car will eventually get five digits and a Hemi.

I really like darts but hate that pointy front end. What a stupid design idea
Funny, I was a kid and saw these around and never thought anything of the front end. It's like a brakes, of a bird, so, it's flying!?!

I don't hate it at all but I don't see myself ever having an A body. I do like looking at them on occasion though.

Now that's hideous!

I dunno... sometimes I look at them and I agree with you, other times I look and think how cool it would be to own one of these alternate-universe A-bodies.

I CAN say this... if I fell into a great deal on one of these beak-nosed '73+ Darts, I would immediately start seeking out somebody in Brazil to send me up all the parts I'd need to create one. My other weird hot-rodding scheme is to imagine they kept building that body into the 90s.

Huge black-plastic door handles bolt-on from a '90s B-van. Air bag from an M-body, Turbo-diesel /6 (which really was in development).

I have strange automotive fantisies.

If I were doing something like that it would be with one of these

I like the grill and round headlights on this one better though

Nothing wrong with 'A' bodies. Before my Monaco I owned a '65 Dart and a '64 Valiant. Both of them combined weren't worth $14k though. Price needs to be in the 4 figure range like 7-9K.

I like A Bodies too, would love a /6 and 4-speed car.

I've had a number of email conversations with the owner. He knows his price is high. He actually wants to keep it and build the motor; he's friends with a /6 racer from Paradise. I met that racer a few years ago, selling him some Yukon Axles. He just thought he'd test the waters first and see if anyone was interested in paying that much. I told him he's not going to get it, and that we were in the same boat. I'd love 14 grand for my Newport too. Car has no AC, nor anything else for that matter. Just a /6 automatic two-door.
