The front and rear seats are not original, but the car seems like it was in very solid shape when parked. From the ad on FB:

From the ad on FB: "Selling for a friend of mine who passed away. Clean Oregon title. The car was parked in 2002 and never moved again from where I took the pictures just last week. The vehicle started and ran when parked. I could not open the hood when I took the pictures. Dirty but I do not see any rust. Last picture shows the VIN so you get the specs. The car seems to be all there. Must be able to tow away."

West would be my bet -- moisture damage is what's seen, not cold damage
I would wager North. If you're ever lost in a forest without a compass, you can keep some orientation as moss always grows on the north side of trees. Otherwise it's easy to unintentionally walk in circles. The house being on the drivers side may be a variable.

Absolutely amazing how clean the white walls are.
Dog piss, natures original tire cleaner.
