The good news I found a rt turn signal lens for my '66 300. The bad news they want $166.66 for it. Will I ever be able to find something like this for under $100? They only were on the 300 for 1 year.

One lens for $167.00???
No, man. That is just so wrong unless you've got a car that is a #1 show car.

Exactly, If my car is a #1 in ten years and that's all I need to make it complete and I have been looking for 10 years, maybe.

There was a '66 300 in a salvage yard near me,I can check it out on Friday afternoon & see if the lenses are still there,if they are there & in good shape I'll be happy to grab 'em for you.

You're the Man! Thanks for checking for me. Both my right and left are broken.

This indeed is a great forum. I have learned so much in such a short amount of time. Everyone passing on their knowledge and helping a guy out when they can.

I kind of guessed at the beginning of the post, who was selling a $167 lens.
I just saw it on ebay.
Yep, I was right...

Just got back from Gibson's auto salvage, the '66 300 must have been scrapped,Dammit! There are a few new C's out there though, including a '74 Imp with the disc brake rear end still in it.If anyone needs '74 Imp parts let me know,I can go back out there tomorrow afternoon.Other C's are a '72 NY 2 door,a'73 Fury 2 door & a few 4 door formals.A lot of cars have been scrapped since the last time i was there, about 3 months ago.
