AC Issues

There is a fuse for the blower; check that first. If the compressor is not coming on it's usually due to a low Freon level. But check that fuse first.
 
The low pressure gas switch is usually on the side of the receiver/drier. You can temporarily short those terminals to see if the reason the compressor clutch isn't engaging is due to low freon gas level. Prior to about 1969 or so, no pressure switch to detect "low freon gas pressure".
