Aftermarket Switch Cover? Switch Ends?

So I asked my little brother to help freshen up the dash. There was already one broken switch cover (dont know the official nomenclature). Unfortunately he got a little overzealous and thought they all came apart. The switches themselves are still good and would hate to spend a ton of money, any chance they sell just the switch covers or ends by themselves?

Jeez, what did he take them apart with, a hammer?!
The levers were not serviced separately, you had to buy the whole switch.
