Aiden's 69 fury cop car has arrived here.

Hey all, as you can see, I now have a fifth car in my workshop, damn i only got space for two or three more! Aidens car is going to be stored here for awhile and I have been looking it over. It needs a lot of sheet metal to resurrect it so if you guys got any leads on portions such as trunk floor and lower quarter sections that would be a great start.

Thanks Ben, it was cool meeting you and seeing your car, it's a nice piece of machinery and I would love to take a ride in it sometime once you have finished "personalizing" it. ;)

Here are some pix of it at Ben's back in February, with the 1978+ slotted cop car wheels fitted (thanks to Bryan) and Cooper Cobra tyres, black wall out (thanks Ben).

Wheels are 7" wide (standard) but have had 2no. 8" wide versions (4.5" BS) made. Tyre dimensions are 275/60R15 rear and 225/70R15 front. Meant to bloody order 235/70R15 for the front (to match the outer diameter of the rears) but what can I say, had a total blond moment due to lack of sleep. Such is life.

Also, thought I might chuck in a photo of my POS 1973 Fury Gran Sedan, back in Ireland. Taken on the day I bought it 25th November 2004. Forgive the silly grin, was a bit younger then ahem....

Yes this is the one, AIden has it now and I have it in my workshop, in the meantime I will give it a good look over and report back to him what it will need.
