I have an aircleaner whose base is rusted a bit right where it seals to the carb neck. I'm not skilled enough to weld it and don't want to risk a putty-type repair there that might break loose and go into the carb.

So looking for a reasonably-priced base. Looks to be 18.75" dia, 2-1/8" tall (max height at carb area when laying on the workbench), and takes an 11" ID filter. I believe those measurements are precise enough to distinguish the one I need. For a 5-1/8" carb and I believe 67-69 440 but not positive on that.

Please PM of price and shipping to 46033. Can pay via Paypal or Money Order.

Bump.

Nobody has a baseplate? I'd even consider buying a whole aircleaner if the price was decent or shipping was low.

Thanks, but that's not the right one, that baseplate is sized for early AFBs and all 2-barrels, I need the later 5-1/8" size with is standardized across AVS, Thermoquad, and aftermarket carbs like Edelbrock . And the filter size is different.

His listing is not fully accurate for the model years it goes to, either.

Dematt has whole assey aval.....
Send him a note.................

It's not the same type of air cleaner and I don't think he needs to spend that much to find what he's looking for. Nats are around the corner, try C body Bob or Murray Park.

I have what you are looking for. I will P.M. you. thanks
