4drs can be handy, looks like the rear seat got some use. Surprised of the condition of the seating area, usually that material doesn't stand up to time.
If it was a Fury I or II 2dr posty it be worth 6 grand IMO.

timing chain would be my guess even though it's 40K miles too soon....
