Do I spy a console behind that rusty Plymouth?

What kind of console is it?

I see a 69 Plymouth b body tail light

Looks like a broken fibreglass header from an 80's M body 5th Ave lying on it's side with the headlights pulled out of the passenger side of it. And a 69 Satellite/ Roadrunner taillight next to it.
