Not sure what they would gain by doing that, who knows. The Hemmings '37 is quite a nice car.
 
Why would anybody want that when they could have something like this for much less?

Seller is in Norway. Maybe a translation error from their currency to ours?
That's probably it but that still figures to 122,285.90 with today's exchange rate of .11676 US to 1.00 Krone. Still steep from my perspective for the US market IMO.
 
Not too long ago, while trespassing visiting in a field of an abandoned junk yard, I tripped across one of these Lincolns disintegrating out in the open.
Landowner cared neither of saving it or selling it.
It got crushed 3 years ago.
