Anyone seen this '65 Newport (on CL a long time) in Spokane

It seems to have a lot going for it. The rust, the owner claims, is minimal. The price is higher than you usually see a C-body of that vintage go for and it's been up on CL for months. I'm wondering if anyone's seen it. I'd love to find out if it's as clean as the owner claims.

Very sweet looking slab car. Nice to see them being taken care of so nicely. I'd have a go at it if I were in the market for something like that. Asking price a bit iffy for my taste, but not outrageous IF it all checks out IMO. Definitely worth calling on.
