That's cool Mike!

I'll be back road cruising in a few minutes in my 78 (hardtop).

This turned out to be a great convertible summer. It didn't look that way coming out of June. .... I have a lot of sunburn from the job and top down driving every weekend .....Nice shot Mike

Yes Dave, it has been a great convertible summer here too, except for the rainy start. It was prefect yesterday. I had to turn the heater on for my wife, at dusk, for the ride home.

Since my convertible is still torn apart I have to ad that it's been pretty amazing hardtop weather as well.:eek:s_dancing2:

I had mine out yesterday with the top down. Great weather for it!

I remember the first time I took Mrs. Big John out for an extended cruise... It was getting to be dusk and she said something about putting the top up. I turned the heat on instead. She loved it!!

I carry a sweat shirt for the Mrs..... just in case... The top is down, as intended and for the most part my wife is Into it

It is funny you say that. I told my wife that we needed to throw a jacket in for her. Her toes and legs were toasty but she said her arms were cold.

Love the fresh air vents. It was a little warm for me with the heat on, so I pulled the vent out slightly and we have left and right custom thermostat, 60's style.

We had a great weather also. After coldest June and July ever, the August has pampered us.

And our little one...

At our place when we cruise together it is usually with the Monaco (hardtop). Her hair is the issue with the convertible and no she refuses to wear a hat. The Polara ragtop has seen plenty of road time this summer.

I've had the Imperial out three times since getting things sorted out. This Saturday's Cars n Coffee event will be the 50th birthday of the build of the Coronet, and the Imperial is just seven days later; so I'm taking both up there with big "birthday cards" in the windshields! This August has been amazingly mild, so the top-down weather has been perfect.
