RIP, Maverick! I have an autographed LRW model kit I got from him several years ago. What a driver! And a very neat guy.

Man he was crazy lol. One of my hero's, He Made The little Red Wagon the best man at his wedding.

I'm glad I got to see him at the Mopar Nationals when he was there, I think the year after he got married, I can't remember. That was/is such a cool truck. He came to the litttle hamlet of Winnebago Minnesota for their Motofest car show back in the early 90's, doing wheelstands down the main street! My buddy has a pic of him driving it down the street. Too cool.

A true Mopar legend! R.I.P..

OMG I had no idea!!!!! Nicest guy you could ever meet! Every single time I needed a part for my '66 van I'd call him first and I'd go up his way and I'd buy whatever I needed for dirt cheap and he'd say "hey...you need one of these?.....take it....I got plenty......how bout one of these?.......meh don't worry about it, I got tons of em....." Every time I just needed one thing, I'd end up with a dozen things for free. And tons of knowledge. He'll be sorely missed round here :(

When i was about 5 at carlisle i remember seeing his truck, the one that crashed that was very cool.
