Do i have to bleed my master after having the reservoir run dry. I damaged a brake line while working on the car and by the time I realized the puddle on the ground the reservoir was empty. Can i simply add fluid to the system and bleed the brakes or do I have to bleed the reservoir first. It is a manual brake system and I have included a pic of the master for reference.

Thanks dart_master.jpg

You should be good with just bleeding at the wheel cylinders. The MC should be fine, just keep it full while bleeding. The only car I have ever had to bench bleed a master or slave on was an MG.
