Here's another tip...
If the blower resistor is bad and the blower motor is good. The blower would blow at the highest speed no matter what position the blower switch is in. It's a built in default. The blower resistor (when working) slows down the blower motor in the different switch position when it is working. When the blower motor is seized up it will burn up the blower resistor. So if your fuse is good or it blows immediately when you put a new one in means your blower motor is seized or shorted out, I would replace the squirrel cage when you replace the blower motor.
