I'll be sure to have the camera ready for both here at my shop and at the museum.

Had a really nice visit with Bob and his brother Mike. It was really great meeting them both and I am now looking forward to Carlisle even more! Hung out at the shop for a while in the morning and headed out for the museum. You all know, except maybe the noobs, how I feel about the museum and have seen pics that I have posted from there so I will let Bob debrief you this time. Here's one pic I took before they left for the hotel.

That's great.
I see some real iron in the background. Nice pic. It should hang in The Council's chambers.

Yeah, I drooling all over my notebook looking at the *** end of that b body in the background. No doubt great things are in its future.

What a great day to be in Motor City and the Walter P. Chrysler Museum!!!

My brother and I had a great time seeing the craftsmanship and restoration that Matt has accomplished on his FLEET of Mopar's at his shop. That 1967 Imperial Coupe is just outstanding and looks even better when seeing it up close. My recommendation is to keep that beauty in "Survivor" condition instead of doing a complete repaint and or restoration. You guys can let Matt know what you think about that when you see Matt's Imp at Carlisle. It was a great ride in to Detroit seeing the sights, and Ma Mopar HQ and the Museum. I have a lot of pictures that I will post... but I forgot my cable to transfer the pictures from my camera to my lap top. I will post the pictures as soon as I get back home.

I want to thank Matt for taking the time out of his busy schedule and being a great host and friend!!! It would of been great for the rest of the regulars from FCBO to see Matt's Mopar's/Shop and the Museum. Well, another major event on my bucket list accomplished!!!!

You want to see my E-bodies and my 68's?

Your not really a C body guy are you

He had a '72 Charger in the past.

AAAND... if he drove to SD with a light load in his piggy bank he could have another one, and give it a future... triple black... AC... Hide-away headlights... :poke:

If that is meant for me, the offer is VERY tempting and I love long road trips in my Chrysler (um, that would be a C-body, Polara)...however I'd also have to live in that 72' Charger for what probably would be a very long time.
