Broadcast Sheet and Stuff

Yesterday I pulled the carpet out of my 77 Cordoba. I was intrigued as I could see the broadcast build sheet beneath the carpet, sticking out where the drivers seat bolted down. Itwas crumpled but was in great shape. When I removed it, to my surprise there was something else stuck tot he florr underneath it. Upon closer inspection, it was a matchbook cover for a motel. Some worker placed it under the broadcast sheet (with matches stripped out). Thought this would be an interesting story!

My 79 300 BS was under the carpet as well but didn’t survive near as well. Is the hotel in Canada? Doba’s were built in Windsor but they sure as hell don’t have palm trees like on the matchbook lol
