I don't have an extra original Carter tool, but to complete that tool in the photo you show, a long flatblade screwdriver inserts through the middle of the piece shown in your photo, so that you can hold the air valve spring from unwinding when you loosen the lock ring with that tool shown. It is kind of a neat tool and was used in the carburetor lab at Chrysler all the time when calibrating the air doors on the TQs. It really would not be hard to make one.
