WANTED Certified Police 140 MPH Speedometer Assembly for a '74 Monaco

Helping a friend who is restoring a '74 Monaco retired police car that is missing it's speedometer. Need a certified speedometer assembly. Leads are appreciated. Thank you.

Keep an eye on the Bluesmobile Forum. When I've seen 140 speedos, they've always turned up there.
