Yes, 70 Newport base engine was the 383-2. I'm sure I could get more than 500 worth of parts but the price of transport across country and the higher price of my wife's complaints makes it not worth it for me.

Actually the roof is not that bad. The side bracing and glass is all good, probably the center brace is bent, Since it is a vinyl top car, I bet this could be brought back very inexpensively. Good price if it is a complete car.
