Chrysler tester C-4133

Would anyone have a working Chrysler tester C-4133 for voltage regulator testing?

I'd recommend improvising one. You should be able to put an ammeter and simple resistive load on the field output, and a variable voltage supply on the input and get some meaningful results. I suppose one could look up the specs for these values to get a good idea of what one should have for input and output.
