Had an identical Mirada, other than mine had a 225. Didn't care much for that car, and sold it fairly quickly .

Why? because of the 225? I loved the three that I had on the road

The Mirada was probably one of the very worst cars Chrysler built. I owned this car when it was just six years old, and it had maybe 50K miles on it then. It was very cranky. It ran when it felt the need, not when I needed it to. It was very noisy and had horrible build quality. But, from twenty feet away, it looked great! Sold it to a kid in the next block over, who promptly ran it into his neighbor's parked Chevy pickup, totalling both.

Two 82s and an 83....loved every one, handlled great, comfortable ride...never an issue. Shame for you, you got a lemon
