Yea he's one of YouTube's rising stars er or 'Trending'. Started doing video editing for the 1320video YouTube channel when he was 15 IIRC, google him, Garrett Mitchell is his real name, worth 1 Million dollars by this page. Makes about $2k a day from YouBoob.

Kind of wonder about if he's buying into a EPA brownfield as one of his comment posters that lives very close to the track said that very shady people ran that track for the past couple of decades. Whatever... with his kind of money he can hire the people to turn a buck on the property or get a bigazz write off. Like I said in another post the very tonee sprawl is just 1 farmers plot away to the west & south west (3 to 5 miles).
