Cloth covered positive ignition coil wire

Does anyone have a source for the cloth covering that goes over the positive ignition coil wire and water temp sender wire? I want to go as close as original as possible. I would also love to find a wire with the molded plastic terminal (coil wire) but may be asking for too much.

Next question. Is there such a thing as a replacement pigtail for the coil wire that has the molded rubber eye? One would think that some of the replica wire harness kits for A or B bodies would have this recreated. I am not finding anything. I am to the point that I would like to try and re-create it but looks pretty difficult.
