My 69 Chrysler service manual lists 1157 clear. Imperial lists 1157NA
Your lights are correct.

This one looks like they went amber or it is the headlights are halogen or LED.

The parts book doesn't specify but the owners manual should.
The number should be either 1034 or 1034A, the 1034A being the amber.

My 67 Barracuda has similar housings with the bullet hiding the bulb and it specifies the amber.

I know that some countries specified clear or amber.
My 69 Polara has amber lenses but you cold get clear lenses.

The service manual does specify the bulb. It is an 1157. No optional choice listed. Do what you want to your car, install "***** lures" if that gets you happy.

The bulbs should be amber.

For front turn signals:

Clear lenses, amber bulbs.

Amber lenses, clear bulbs.

I'm going to agree with bigmoparjeff. Given that they're front turn signal lights, they have to be amber to comply with safety standards, I think that started in the fifties. Rear turn signals can be combined with the red brake lights.

My 69 300 has amber bulbs. I can't prove that they are original, but everything else on the car is.
