I have had this D500 Coronet for years and finally determined that I will never get around to restoring it. I am already 75 and have other Mopars to either complete or sell and this one is too nice and too rare to sit and deteriorate. It is a 57 Coronet D500 with the 325 Hemi engine. Original red and white body that is all there. It needs new outer rockers (I have a set of NORS outer 4dr rockers to go with it) and some odds and ends body work. Nothing that a backyard mechanic could not conquer with a couple weekends of time and determination (time is my shortfall).
The Floors are good and Trunk has normal pitting and some relatively minor rust. The Frame looks good. Driver rear quarter has some rust, but I have a NORS panel (impossible to find) for that. Interior just shows it's age as the seats are complete, but the material is rotting. I have a set of new red/white seat covers that might fit. Also have a garage full of restoration parts for 57-59 Dodges, including all chrome for this car.
The original 325 Hemi is out of the car, but safely stored in my garage attached to my house. The former owner stated that he had the engine re-built prior to the sale to me.
If you are looking for a nice project that will only increase in value as you restore it, this is the one for you. I am in Ohio, outside Akron, and the price is $9500. PM me if interested, or if you have questions (I currently have no pictures of the Hemi, as it is stored in the garage under a table full of parts, but will get some if interested).
