I am quite sure that's a "69" console it's the exactly like ones that I have

I know the 70 console was very different. Ma Mopar must have kept slab side console for 69 Fusies.

this console was used on b-bodies till 1970.
It is used on C-bodies till 1970, too but there is a second version in 1970 which is seen in Hursts for example. Those consoles do not po up in B-bodies at all.
The decklind differs in the years (shade, chrome, woodgrain imitation)

on mine I have the brushed aluminum finish deck with a lockable pushbutton to open the cover. and the shifter knob is chrome

the chrome knob was used till (including the 68) modellyear. Some leftovers were installed in early 1969 models, too but the brochures show already the woodgrain imitation knob. I have seen cars with a builddate up to november 68 which got the chrome knob
