crank pulley removal

Hello,

I have a 65 383 that I am attempting to remove the crank pulley. I have removed the six smaller bolts but it is still attached firmly. I have a feeling that it is just rusted together. But just incase, so I need to remove the center Harmonic balancer bolt?

No, give it a shot of penetrant and hit it with a rubber mallet or dead blow hammer to free it up.
