Eagle sells a version of that crank. 3.58 stroke/340 journal Cast. They may have a forged as well. 3.45 might be tough to find. You can also post on the Chrysler Kit Car pages. Someone may have one

I understand it to be a performance cam used in 318/340 (only) build applications, especially popular in sanctioned racing where it is specifically spec'd.
Was not a production cam any of us would have from pulling an old engine.
