I think since the left cluster is out to repair wiring, might as well take everything out and paint the dash. I am converting from black to red/maroon.
I have been procrastinating, but this is the weekend. I have a beautiful new steering wheel as well. Anyone want to trade my new ugly huge faced tach for an older Sun?
I also want to paint the clusters. I have no idea what type of paint to use to get a factory look. I'm assuming spray paint, but don't want it looking too bright and incorrect.
What have others done for a matte finish paint on the dash, and are there factory colors still available?
