Daytona Turkey Run

Booked my room. It's a hotel right on the ocean so it's a bit of a way from The Speedway.
For you Turkey Run veterans:
Should I leave my car at the hotel and find a way to shuttle over there or...
On the morning of the show can I drive over there and park?

I'll be there Fri night and all day Saturday.

Ellie & I are booked in the Quality inn on the Beach in Ormand beach. We'll arrive Wed the 27th and check out on Sun Dec 1.

Your not bringing your NYB Stan....? You car regester it at the show and then drive right in.... Need to be early though. If not your welcome to ride with us in Jazebelle.

The swap meet is HUGE....! But a little light on the mopar stuff, espically C body stuff.

As far as cruising goes..... Just plant a chair and your cooler anywhere along the A1A strip and your good to go.....
The hot spot is the Belair mall and several of the beach side hotels will be wide open parties along the strip. The evening cruising is really our favorite thing. We sit and relax, or visit the car corral or swap meet during the day..... back to the room for awile.... then hit the strip. Theres a big parade also, I think it's friday. Anyone can join in and it runs from north to south along A1A from Ormand beach to speedway blvd.

Yes, bringing the New Yorker. I've got all the gas stations noted between Sebring and Daytona.

Strickly casual................!!!!! Your normal plaid burmudas, knee high socks, leather loafers and hat will be the uniform.
You could cross over to US 1 and drive the coast up.... Go for the expensive gas.
