will the broadcast sheel tell you what gear ratio a car has? any help would be great. thanks

No. But it will tell you what gear ratio it came with.. Do you have one?
Post it up
you can also crawl under there and look for the little metal tag on one of the bolts that may be covered with grease and dirt. It should have the tag if it's never been tampered with.
