Deep transmission Oil pan - will it clear to the ground.

I got a Deep trans Oil pan, for just 2 Quarts additional Oil capacity, but it measures 2 3/4“ deeper than Chrysler OEM steel pan.
I doubt it will not Hit the Next road bump.
What is your experience with deeper pan on 66 C- Body ?

If you are stock heigh or just a bit lower that stock you will be fine in a c-body. If your car is lowered 4 inch's or more just pay attention where you drive. lol

I understand it's a little different but I run a deep pan on my 67 B body and it's never been an issue

I never had a problem running one on my ‘68 Sport Fury that was stock height.

Thank you all. I will let the deep pan on and will check ground clearance when everything is back in.

You can see the deep cast pan on my 68 Fury in this photo. It is not much lower than the front cross member.

I have used that same pan ( from Mancini) if I remember correctly, with a magnetic drain plug. Used in both C and B bodies with no clearance issues.
