A Budd rotor bolts to a separate hub.

Good eyes... on closer look I think it may be cheap heat shrink tubing or PVC tape to protect the threads... I am constantly amazed at the details I miss that get picked up on around here.But I don't see any threads.
I checked further with Google, so I don't sound totally clueless, but don't QC have some threads?
