That's how Linclon did it and that one is nice.

Four Door Convertible Sedan???????

Yes, that was the designation that Lincoln gave these. Just as Chrysler called ragtops "convertible coupes" from the early '50s through the late '60s, officially.

In 1998, I owned a '62 Lincoln ragtop, '73 Imperial LeBaron 4-dr hardtop, and a '65 Cadillac Coupe deVille at the same time. Wonderful big-car garage with the best of the Big Three, all tagged, running, and ready to drive anywhere.

The "open car" designations are

Roadster ....2 door. Side curtains, no roll up windows
Touring/Phaeton ......4 door. Side curtains, no roll up windows
Convertible coupe .... 2 door. Roll up windows
Cabriolet .... 2 door, roll up window w/fixed window frame.
Convertible sedan ... 4 door, roll up windows
Town car ... open driver area w/closed passenger compartment.

These were common body type designations used by body builders in the Teens, 20's - 30's

I don't know why this bugs me but it does. When editing quotes be careful not to delete the "[ or /", when you do you loose the bubble.
