Door glass guides for 1971 polara 4 door?

I’ve been trying to locate a replacement for these plastic guides. 1971 polara 4 door. Most of them are damaged and ordered some e body ones to see if they would work but they’re too big. Anybody have a suggestion or am I stuck with floppy windows? Here are some pics with what is factory original. The e body ones are a good 1/4 inch larger on all sides.
