Door Panel For A 66 New Yorker 4 DR HT Wanted

Please forgive my noobie ignorance but can't a good upholstery guy fix that? Or, at least replicate it?

The problem is making it look like the other three. The factory door panels have a kind of stamped look to them with the threads where even a good upholsterer would have to sew it. If I don't find one I'll have it fixed and I'm sure it will be close enough but if I can find original it would look better.
