WANTED Door pull

I'm looking for two door pulls with hardware preferably black for a 72-73 c-body. Thanks for the heads up Big_John!

1969 didn't have a door pull.
1970/71 are extremely hard to find in good shape and are different than the 1972 and up.


70 style.

1972 New Yorker door pull.

I have some later style pulls, but I can't remember if I have the hardware.

Big John, as I recall, you spiffed up your door panel yourself - or was it an SMS reproduction? Either way, it looks great!

I redid those myself. The vinyl was good, so I removed it and put it on new boards.

Door Panel repair

Photobucket did us no favors, but there's a link to an album of the pics that don't show.

I'm going to redo the carpet along the bottom this winter. I never liked how it came out and I'm going to try something else. I've seen a couple 71's that the square "dip" in the carpet is gone. I don't know if that is how some were made or if they both had been redone and I just happened to see them. I'm going to try it that way and see if I like it.

BTW, the pulls came from a nice 4 door New Yorker that someone parted out. Two of them ended up north of the border in someone's 71 SFGT.

Cant thank ya enough John...still huntin and still owe ya a set !!....holler if you find some and will reimburse or order them for ya....Havent forgotten about ya my friend....just not havein any luck findin
L have a set that l bought that l thought were for 71 but weren't...look similar to the 72 ect shown...will dig them up tomorrow and post a pic
