Well I applied this to the bare painted floor on the Satellite. Wanted to get rid of the floor mat. It kept sliding around. I used as directed. It looked really good. Let it dry/cure for a week. Well I raced the car saturday & my heels quickly dug divots back down to the bare metal. Surprised it failed that easily & quickly. It had a strong vapor after applying & warings about heat so I didnt use and heat to help it cure. On well I just applied the touch up. Thinking I may put the mat back down over it for a while to make sure it's good & hard

Rattle can applications of any Kind are usually not very resistent. Due to the 1 k System they usually are this stuff never gets as hard as some applictions with hardener. Same with paint. There are some 2k applications that have to be activated Prior to use and must be used up within 20 hours or so. Don't know if any bedliner of that Kind exists.

You are right. I was being optimistic. Still thought it would have held up better. I even asked around before I bought the stuff & was told good things.

Their products over here in Europe are good for what they are, but they don't do miracles. I use them a lot for smaller paint repairs in spots that are not that prone to Stone Chips.

Yea I use Dupli-Color a lot for touch ups & stuff. Prefer Dupli-Color over Others for the way it lays down smoth. I paint a lot of stuff with it. Maybe I should have put a hair dryer on it after a few days when the vapors went away
