Electronic Trunk Lid Release

My 1965 Newport convertible had an electronic trunk lid release. The button was in the glove box.

I am sure it was factory, however it could have been dealer installed.

Does anybody know where I can find one?

There are tons of aftermarket kits out there, but I would like to stick with Mopar. ​
