Do you have one or are inquiring about one?
My suspicion is that if there was one, it was purely aftermarket and not OEM. Usually, OEM "parade boots" generally existed for GM cars. Perhaps I'm wrong?
The GM hard boots I've seen were usually two-piece, with a center attachment point for ease of storing it in the trunk.
