After years of taking things apart, cleaning, and putting them into storage I managed to put one piece of the car back together. Dash 003.jpgDash 004.jpg

That's great. So many times you see an interior with a Legendary 1,000 dollar interior and the instrument panel totally neglected.

That looks really super - I am sure the rest of the car will be a knockout! Did you replace the woodgrain surround or is it the original one? I have a few of those cluster assemblies, and not one of them has a decent woodgrain on it anymore - all have at least one crack in that applique in the corners. Looks like a nice nice one for a police unit.

Well ........ you motivated me. I changed the anti freeze, reglued a piece of carpet to the console and tightened up the day/nite mirror in Jazebelle today.

Looks great Polarus .. agree with Will too often the dash is left less than finished or attended too and it's right in your and anyone else who looks face

Congratulations, very well done. And no one yet has commended you on fitting an oil pressure gauge! That's the cherry on top!

I just assumed it was a factory oil pressure gauge, there was one that fit the clock opening.

Thanks for all the kind words. It was watching all the great work everyone else is doing that inspired me to step up my game. I've spent a lot of time and money buying as much N.O.S. as I could find, everything you see except the pad and the frame is N.O.S. This is going to be my last build so I really want to do it right.
