Congratulations! What kind of time is he estimating it to take?
I'm realizing I don't have many before pictures.
Had the 440 rebuilt, so mechanically in great shape. The interior is good as well. Needs carpet and some small repairs, windlace, etc.
I have spent the last few months stripping it down. Never done that before . . it was fun. Various posts on this forum helped greatly, along with the old Imperial club Website.
Most of the exterior chrome is redone. Working on the side windows and power antenna now.
My grandfather bought the car when I was an infant . . so we grew up together LOL.

I enjoy family heirloom stories. Glad the imperials is staying in good hands.
ready for primer. should have it back before Christmas. Then the fun begins . . .putting it back together.

Did you have the steering wheel restored? It’s beautiful!
The steering wheel is original, unrestored. Fortunately the car was always garaged.
