Not my fav style Matt, and esp not if it has to be imported.
All I can do is set them in front of you, I knew it wouldn’t check all the boxes.

FWIW:
Car is wearing a hood ornament and front bumperguard from a 65 Fury.
Blacked-out grille (pretty obvious, of course).
Some type of rocker molding has been added, I don't recall seeing such molding on a 66, not even a VIP?
Although not 'wrong', the dirty pedals and lack of dressup make them look out of place, esp with the tilt-scope steering column.
Shifter is not correct for a 66 - or the handle isn't, anyway.
Someone elected to not connect the vacuum advance on the distributor - why???
Has a later plastic fan shroud, a 65 would've had metal, I presume a 66 would also. But I doubt a 22" rad would've had a shroud on a non-AC car in 66?

So somebody has changed a number of things.
Not that it means it's not a real 4-speed car, but a review of the FT is certainly in order.

I don't think it's worth quite near the asking price, that price would be more appropriate to an unmodified car.

Now that I noticed it, the radio says Chryco. Would that make it a Canadian built car perhaps?

If you filed, not someone else like @traintech55 had happen, you're fine. Might have gotten pushed back with the stimulus checks going out.

It's a Plymouth dash, square, vs the US dash with it's twin pod design.

Canadian built Dodges used Plymouth interior parts. My 69 Monaco for instance, had Fury seats.
