What he did is not that insane.
That was not a van. That was an an old Chassis van.
Probably tired and worn out, he scrapped the cargo box and threw on a pickup box and it lives on as a beater doing Home Depot and Town Dump duty. Waste not, want not.

Look at that Instrument Panel. Looks like a ghetto blaster. :)
But easy for RHD Export production.
 
Those pics are of a British-built Dodge van, and are of NO relation to the North American vans.

Same difference, the point is that these were built as a closed cab by Dodge so You could then add your own box.
They were also available just a bobbed off van with no back.

It just needs the green hue continued from the canopy around the top of the cab and it's good to go. Complete with a parking space for your scooter in between.:toothy9:
