When was the last year Mopar offered a full horn ring in a full size car (Fusie or Formal)?

A FULL horn ring--as in full inner diameter...1966 or 1967 would my guess.
Not by styling either,1968 was the start of the federal mandated safety requirements like a padded horn button, collapsing steering column, etc.

My '69 Polara police car has a full diameter horn ring with padded center cap. I wondered if that was already considered outdated by then, or if it continued for a few years.

The full ring was an option in 69 on all cars (at least B & A body), those generally had a 2/3 ring, some just the button.

The CHP Polaras in 69 used the wheel/ring combo that was used in the B & A body cars.

My other Polara just has the triangle horn pad/wheel cover. A parts car I had there was a optional ring, don't recal if it was partial or full.
